Any quote we give is based on the information available at the time of the visit. Work begins only once both parties have agreed and signed a written project agreement, which sets out the scope, price, schedule and payment terms.
Changes to a project
If you would like to change the agreed work, we will explain how it affects cost and timing and confirm the change in writing before we go ahead.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by the warranty described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials we install.
